焦念志概述 ,生物海洋學家 ,1962年12月生,廈門大學“長江學者”特聘教授。2011年當選為中科院院士。 現任民盟中央常委 、民盟福建省委副主委,廈門大學海洋與地球學院教授、博士生導師。
