陳厚早,1978年2月生,安徽人,中國醫學科學院北京協和醫學院生物化學與分子生物學博士。中國醫學科學院基礎醫學研究所副研究員,中國生物化學與分子生物學學會脂質與脂蛋白委員會青年委員會,副主任委員。

陳厚早陳厚早
從事心血管疾病的發病機制的研究,一直在對心血管疾病追根溯源。他主要關注表觀遺傳修飾酶在心血管疾病中的作用以及作用分子機制,特別關注組蛋白去已醯化酶和組蛋白去甲基化酶等表觀遺傳修飾分子在動脈粥樣硬化,糖尿病血管病和心肌肥厚等疾病的發生和發展過程中的作用。通過對於表觀修飾酶SIRT1在心血管系統中主要細胞包括內皮細胞、平滑肌、巨噬細胞與心肌細胞的系列研究,他率先闡述了SIRT1在心血管系統的功能和作用分子機制,表明可成為心血管性疾病的治療靶點。申請心血管方面研究的發明專利4項,已經獲得授權專利2項。
