男, 1959 年生,教授、博導,教育部長江特聘教授,國家傑出青年基金獲得者,中共黨員,浙江大學農業與生物技術學院副院長,浙江大學原子核農業研究所所長。

1986年浙江農業大學蠶桑專業畢業,獲碩士學位。1994 年畢業於德國馬堡大學醫學院獲理學博士學位, 1999 年回國。浙江大學生物物理學科帶頭人、中國原子核農學會常務副理事長、浙江省原子核農學會理事長、日本東京大學大學院客座教授等職。 Food and Chemical Toxicology 編委、 Science 、 PLoS One 、 Mol. Microbiol. 、 Proteomics 等國際科學雜誌的特邀論文評審專家。在世界上首次從家蠶腦分離鑑定了昆蟲前胸腺抑制肽(PSTP),並克隆了其基因,開闢了昆蟲神經內分泌學的一個新領域。目前的主要研究方向為生物大分子結構和功能、生物信號分子鑑定、耐輻射細菌的基因結構和功能等。近年來,在耐輻射球菌的 DNA 修復機制的研究方面取得重大進展,發現和鑑定了一個通過調控 recA 、 pprA 等基因表達來增強 DNA 修復能力的關鍵因子 PprI 。在國內外重要學術刊物上發表論文 100 余篇,其中 40 余篇為 SCI 收錄。現主持國家自然科學基金重點項目、國家重點基礎研究計畫( 973 計畫)、國家高科技發展計畫( 863 計畫)等項目。主持完成的研究成果“ DNA 修復開關基因的發現與鑑定”入選“ 2003 年度中國高校十大科技進展”。
