創作背景
mirrors《Mirrors》構思於2009年，歌曲的譜寫與製作由賈斯汀·汀布萊克、J-Roc、提姆巴蘭和詹姆斯·方特勒羅伊共同完成。當時，提姆巴蘭想把這首歌曲放到自己專輯中。然而，另一位製作人J-Roc卻否定了他的想法，這使得《Mirrors》的製作工作被延緩到2010年 。在歌詞方面，《Mirrors》是賈斯汀·汀布萊克特地寫給妻子傑西卡·貝爾的，而他創作《Mirrors》的目的，亦是想要通過該歌曲來表達自己的愛情宣言 。

《Mirrors》依賴提姆巴蘭不可或缺的拍掌式節奏、口技，以及合成器、背景人聲的分層、宏大的弦樂器奏樂，令人陶醉其中。《Mirrors》整體順暢無比，且又不失強烈的節奏感 。而在其它方面，《Mirrors》可謂是全專最平平無奇的作品，卡拉OK式的流行鏇律，跟《Cry Me a River》沒區別的編配使得其本身無任何亮點 。

mirrors《Mirrors》MV於2013年3月19日釋出，導演由弗洛里亞·席基斯蒙狄擔任。視頻的舞蹈動作由艾諾美·拉弗朗斯設計。該視頻是賈斯汀·汀布萊克專門為外祖父威廉與外祖母莎蒂專門設計的，以紀念他們的63周年鑽石婚，並藉此向於2012年去世的爺爺致敬 。
音樂視頻的前半段講述了賈斯汀·汀布萊克外祖父與外祖母相愛的故事。當外祖父去世後，鏡子兩邊分別出現了年輕、年老的外祖母，象徵著她正慢慢變老。最後一段副歌，外祖母丟下愛人的戒指，而賈斯汀·汀布萊克接住了戒指，並在許多個鏡子前跳舞 。
