同等學力申碩考試,又稱同等學力人員申請碩士學位外國語水平和學科綜合水平全國統一考試。所謂同等學力申碩考試形式與科目,即全國統一組織的外國語水平考試和學科綜合水平考試,於每年的五月份舉行;其考試科目包括:外國語考試科目(英語、法語、日語、德語和俄語)和學科綜合(哲學、經濟學、法學、政治學、社會學。教育學、心理學。中國語言文學、新聞傳播學、生物學、歷史學、地理學、機械工程、動力工程及工程熱物理、電氣工程、電子科學與技術、信息與通信工程、控制科學與工程、計算機科學與技術、建築學、作物學、臨床醫學、管理科學與工程、工商管理、農林經濟管理、公共管理和圖書光、情報與檔案管理)。

學科綜合

學科綜合考試按一級學科進行全國統考,在考試學科範圍內以同等學力申請碩士學位的人員,還需取得《同等學力人員外國語水平全國統一考試合格證書》和相應學科的《同等學力人員學科綜合水平全國統一考試合格證書》方能申請碩士學位論文答辯。

口語交際

本部分包括A、B兩節,A節為完成對話,B節為完成訪談或問答等。在每段對話、訪談或問答等口語轉寫材料中設定3-4個空白,並在材料前給出同等數量的出自材料本身的備選答案。要求考生從備選答案中為每個空白選出一個最佳答案,使轉寫材料完整。

閱讀理解

本部分包括A、B兩節,A節為段落閱讀,B節的閱讀形式可以是部落格與跟帖或相關短文閱讀、短文主題快讀、廣告瀏覽等。A節要求考生在對閱讀材料理解的基礎上從所給的4個備選答案中選出一個最佳答案。B節除了四選一以外,還可以在幾份閱讀材料的相應位置設定若干個空白,同時在它們前面提供同等數量的備選答案,要求考生根據考題指令從備選答案中為每個空白選出一個最佳答案。

完形填空

本部分在一篇難度適中的短文中設定10個空白,每個空白給出4個備選答案

申碩流程

一般來說,在職人員須持下述材料辦理報名手續:
(1)單位推薦意見(包括申請人的思想政治和現實工作表現、工作與科研成果、外語程度以及從事科學研究的工作能力等);
(2)學歷證明和本人最後學歷的學習成績單複印件;
(3)能表明申請人相應水平的論文、專著、工作報告或調查報告的複印件以及其他科研成果證明,申請博士學位生還應有兩名專家(副教授以上)推薦;
(4)縣級以上醫院提供的本人體檢表。

雖然國務院學位委員會辦公室提出了2016年取消十月聯考的考試政策,但是對同等學力申碩考試招生制度沒有影響,考生可以正常報考同等學力申碩考試。
但若要說自2016年起取消在職研究生聯考對在職研究生考試有什麼影響,那么就是一月非全日制統考和同等學力申碩報考人數都會有明顯增加,同時考試難度會有相應的調整。

區別

同等學力申碩與十月聯考的區別
開辦專業不同:
同等學力申碩的開辦專業側重於一些研究型(學術型)學位,如文學、理學、工學、經濟學、管理學等(同等學力申碩的專業和所有普研一致,國務院學位辦規定只要該校某個研究生專業有三年的時間,就可以同等學力申請該專業的碩士學位,所以同等學力的專業非常多。但由於是在職學習,課程時間少,像工科如果學習時間短,很難真正把握好。所以工科類的同等學力專業就很少,一般主要是文科類的專業;
而十月聯考的開辦專業側重於實踐型(專業型)學位,如MPA、MBA、法律碩士及教育碩士等。
申報條件不同:
申報同等學力申碩的基本要求是獲得學士學位後三年;
而申報十月聯考的是本科畢業後2-3年,視專業而定,5-10%的大專學位可錄取。
入學方式不同:
同等學力申碩是先報名進行2~3年的課程學習,然後參加5月份的統考,通過考試者即可獲得碩士學位證書;
而十月聯考則是先要通過每年10月份的入學考試,考試合格錄取後經過2~3年的課程學習即可獲得碩士學位證書。
考試時間不同:
同等學力申碩報名時間是每年三月份中下旬,並於每年五月份最後一個周六(或周日)上午進行考試;
十月聯考的報名時間是每年的七月中旬,考試時間為每年10月份的倒數第二個周末。

以同等學力申請碩士學位人員均須參加外國語水平考試,且應試語種須與接受其碩士學位申請的學位授予單位相應學科全日制在校碩士研究生培養方案規定的語種相同。
申請外國語專業碩士學位的同等學力人員須參加外國語水平考試。對於獲學士學位時為外國語專業的同等學力人員申請外國語專業的碩士學位,參加外國語水平考試的語種,須與接受其碩士學位申請的學位授予單位相應外國語專業全日制在校碩士研究生培養方案中規定的第二外國語語種相同。

英語考試

在在職研申碩考試中,閱讀理解能力是英語考察中的一個重要部分,英語閱讀理解該怎樣去做呢?閱讀方式對於英語閱讀很重要,英語閱讀分為微觀閱讀和巨觀閱讀兩種,而兩種閱讀方式有著不同地方,但是他們都是必需的。

微觀

在進行微觀閱讀時,一定還要注意抓住文中的主幹,看清楚標點符號,用自己方式進行重新斷句,事事有什麼不一樣的結果,不要跟著文中的語言模式去想,一定要變得主動一些。

巨觀

巨觀閱讀的方法就是怎樣對待一篇文章,一般來說,任何一篇文章都講一個主題。對待議論文時,要抓住作者中心觀點和作者態度;而說明文則闡述了說明對象和作者態度。
考前複習
首先,考生要利用最後一周的時間做1—2套模擬題,可以是一些練習冊上的模擬題,也可是往年試題。由於大多數準備參加同等學力申碩考試的考生平時都有工作,複習時間較少,所以在做模擬題時,最好按正常考試時間要求去做,有效利用每一次的練習。
其次,在這段時間裡,考生還要鞏固辭彙。對於在職人員來說,考前記憶辭彙尤其重要。考生可利用考前一周的時間,儘可能地把背過的單詞再“過”一遍,看到單詞能說出中文意思即可。
最後,不要放棄口語交際部分。這部分在考試中分為A、B兩部分。A部分要求考生針對對話的內容,選出最符合對話情景和口語交際習慣用法的答案,使整個對話能順利完成;B部分為對話理解,要求考生能理解對話的情景、說話人的意圖和對話的含意,選出最佳答案。兩部分共占10分,只要準備充分,分數並不難拿。
考生在複習英語時,不要圖省事,光動嘴,動腦子,不動手,一定要動手動筆複習,這樣有助提高複習效率。
“語感”重要,“題感”很有必要。“臨陣磨槍不快也光。”考生要多做模擬題,鞏固辭彙,上考場時就會比較從容,也不會覺得“趕時間”。此外,在這一周里考生一定要動筆練習,切忌只看不做,否則拿到考卷時手太生,容易出錯。
