潘和平[運城市原政協副主席]

西南財經大學中國金融研究中心國際金融預測研究所所長。1961年生於西安。1982年獲得武漢測繪科技大學攝影測量與遙感專業學士,後留校任教並讀碩士;1988年直接轉到荷蘭特溫特大學讀博士,1990年獲得信息學博士;然後到德國波恩大學從事博士後研究工作。

潘和平留校任教並讀碩士;1988年直接轉到荷蘭特溫特大學讀博士,1990年獲得信息學博士;然後到德國波恩大學從事博士後研究工作。1994年到澳大利亞信號與信息處理聯合研究中心(CSSIP)工作,後任信息融合課題組組長,高級研究員。 2000年3-7月在德國波次坦地學研究中心進修。2000年回國任教育部長江學者武漢測繪科技大學特聘教授,後來併入武漢大學。他先後在理科、工科、金融等不同領域從事研究、開發、管理與教學工作。他發表有期刊和文集文章八十多篇,並主編了兩本國際會議論文集。2004年12月,他主持舉辦了“第一屆國際智慧型金融專題會議”。在國際計量金融學界他是智慧型金融的首創者。

3.地球物理與空間信息學院副院長

教授,博士生導師。1953年出生,湖北鄂洲人。地球物理與空間信息學院副院長,中國大陸科學鑽探測井技術室副主任、天然氣工業等雜誌編委。1978年畢業於武漢地質學院物探系,1999年博士研究生畢業,獲博士學位,2000年3~7月在德國波次坦地學研究中心進修。作為主講教員為研究生、本科生講授過9門課程,主持或作為主要成員完成國家自然基金項目2項,縱、橫向科研項目10餘項,獲國土資源部科技成果二等獎一項,地礦部科技成果三等獎一項,四等獎二項。在國內外期刊(或會議)發表文章40餘篇,其中SCI收錄5篇、EI收錄8篇、ISTP收錄2篇,出版專著2本:《新疆塔北低阻油氣層測井評價技術》,《中國大陸科學鑽探主孔(0-2000)地球物理測井》[2007年入選國家出版署評選的“三個一百”原創工程科技類(94中之一)],主要研究方向:地球物理測井資料解釋、數據處理及信息技術。

4.運城市政協副主席潘和平

潘和平,男,漢族,1955年4月生,山西省臨猗縣人,1976年11月加入中國共產黨,1971年11月參加工作,大學普通班學歷。
1971年11月至1973年8月運城地區業務組辦公室通訊員;1973年8月至1976年8月山西大學中文系學生;1976年8月至1980年4月運城地區經管站、經管局幹事;1980年4月任運城地委農工部發展科副科長;1985年12月任運城地委農工部發展科科長;1988年11月任運城行署經濟研究室副主任;1991年8月任永濟市委副書記;1995年4月任永濟市委副書記、市長;2001年2月任中共永濟市委書記;2006年5月在政協第二屆運城市委員會第一次會議上當選為運城市政協副主席。

5.瑪曲縣政府副縣長

潘和平,男,生於1962.3.2,甘肅西和人,漢,博士研究生,博士學位,教授,碩士生導師。主要從事動物繁殖學和生物工程學的教學與研究工作。工作於西北民族大學生命科學與工程學院,細胞與胚胎工程實驗室主任。現掛職於瑪曲縣政府,副縣長。
