陳峰,北京大學工學院副院長 負責工學院研究生教育, 講席教授(國家 “千人計畫” 獲得者)食品與生物資源工程研究所所長。

背景資料

1983年畢業於華南理工大學。美國醫學與生物工程院院士,英國皇家化學會會士,國際食品科學院院士 。現任北京大學終身講席教授、中國食品科技學會功能食品分會常務副理事長兼秘書長,兼任北京大學工學院食品與生物資源工程研究所所長。國家“千人計畫”獲得者, 曾入選教育部“長江學者”和中科院 “百人計畫”。陳峰1993年畢業於澳大利亞昆士蘭大學化學工程系,獲生化工程博士學位, 澳大利亞註冊工程師。曾任香港大學終身教授兼任植物學系系主任及生物科學學院執行院長。陳峰的研究工作主要集中在微藻生物工程(包括微藻生物能源)、功能食品、生化工程及生物資源工程等領域。率先提出利用異養方式規模化高密度培養微藻以生產高附加值功能性食品成分及藻類生物能源(例如,脂質),他同時將研究擴展到其它微生物和植物資源的開發及功能性成分研究等領域。迄今已在國際學術期刊(SCI)發表200餘篇研究論文和綜述(SCI引用愈5000次,H-index 40)、專箸4本、美國及中國專利共6項。多次在國際學術會議作大會特邀發言, 多次組織國際學術會議。 被Essential Science Indicators評為“Highly Cited Scientist” (top 1%)。 曾獲香港大學“傑出青年研究獎”、“傑出研究生導師獎”、“法國-香港聯合研究獎”、“首屆中國食品科技傑出中青年獎”、2008年被選為“美國醫學和生物工程院(AIMBE)院士”、2010年獲“美國化學工程師學會大會獎”,2011年被選為“英國皇家化學會會士”。陳峰還兼任英國皇家化學會期刊Food & Function副主編和另外4個國際學術期刊編委(Process Biochemistry, Journal of Applied Phycology, Biotechnology Letters, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry)。
