大工業生產中循環流化床焙燒爐用於焙燒氫氧化鋁的運行狀況。生產結果表明，循環流化床焙燒爐在產能、油耗、電耗、水耗、產品質量、煙塵排放等方面，較傳統的焙燒窯有較大優勢，節能效果尤為顯著，創造了巨大的節能效益和環保效益。In this paper the industrial conditions of calcining hydrata usingrecycle fluid bed calciner were introduced. The results showed that itcould get higher product, quality and lower consumption of oil, powerand water, and less smoke compared with old calciner. Using the recyclefluid bed calciner quite more energy was saved, and quite large energy- saving benefit was got, and air environment was well protected.難浸金礦石目前在國內外引起人們的廣泛注意，這些礦石需要某種預處理使金游離出來，以便於浸取，預處理方法的選擇在某種程度上取決於礦物學。本文以河南某地難浸金礦石為原料，採用焙燒一硫代硫酸鹽浸取，研究了焙燒條件與浸取率的關係。實驗表明：在接觸氧化劑存在的條件下焙燒，可獲得97%以上的浸取率。
