imagesetpixel() 在 image 圖像中用 color 顏色在 x， y 坐標（圖像左上角為 0，0）上畫一個點。
本函式可在圖片上繪出一點。參數 x、y 為欲繪點的坐標，參數 col 表示該點的顏色。
