創作背景
Avril Lavigne所演唱的單曲”Wish You Were Here”由Avril與Max Martin、Shellback共同撰寫，收錄在Avril Lavigne第四張專輯《Goodbye Lullaby》中。Avril接受Billboard雜誌採訪時表示：“《Wish You Were Here》這首單曲寫的是思念曾經的愛人走不出陰影，而不斷回憶起過往一起的光陰和美好的時刻。這支MV讓我身處其境，想起了自己曾經的經歷，所以我忍不住真情流露在拍攝的時候大哭一場。儘管我知道這都是在工作，但是我知道有些東西讓我很有感觸，因此我這樣做了。”

歌曲鑑賞
《Wish You Are Here》雖然略略掃去了《Goodbye Lullaby》整張專輯的優質程度，但是至少在旋律和詞曲搭配上，有著艾薇兒第二張專輯《Under My Skin》的那一股子坦然。

MV截圖MV在VEVO9月8日首映。一開始，拉維妮身穿黑色連衣裙，光著腳躺在被樹葉包圍的木地板上。然後她起身，開始唱歌。拿起一朵紅色的花，採花瓣。再用打火機把花點燃，扔掉，哭了起來。接著她躺在浴缸里，埋沒自己。最後起身，向著陽光從附近的一個出口出來。
