BINAM中文名1,1'-聯二萘胺，新型吡啶-硫脲雙功能有機催化劑(Ⅳ),由(S)-1,1-聯二萘胺(Ⅰ)和2-溴吡啶在80℃條件下經BuchwaldHartwig偶聯反應,以60%的收率得到中間體(Ⅱ);隨後以吡啶為縛酸劑,三氟乙胺、硫代氯甲酸-4-硝基苯酯在二氯甲烷中於室溫下反應10 min,向反應體系中加入中間體(Ⅱ)及DIPEA繼續於室溫下反應12 h,即可以70%的收率獲得催化劑(Ⅳ)。其結構經1H NMR和13C NMR進行了表征。
