作者簡介
鄒申，上海外國語大學英語學院教授、博士、博士生導師，教育部高等學校外語專業教學指導委員會委員、英語專業教學分指導委員會副主任委員，享受國院政府特殊津貼。近年來主要從事外語教學法及語言測試研究，曾主持1993、1996版及2004版高校英語專業四、八級考試大綱的修訂工作。
邱東林，復旦大學外文學院教授，大學英語教學部主任。1996—1997年在英國牛津大學作高級訪問學者。主要研究方向是套用語言學和語言教學。近年來先後出版了十多部著作，其中《管理學專業英語教程》為教育部推薦優秀教材。參與編寫的《21世紀大學英語》、《大學英語（全新版）》均為國家級重點規劃教材。
內容簡介
《21世紀大學新英語讀寫譯教程教學參考書(3)》主要內容簡介：2007年出版的《大學英語課程教學要求》（以下簡稱《課程要求》）是指導我國大學英語教學的一個綱領性檔案。《課程要求》對大學英語教學的定位是：“大學英語是以外語教學理論為指導，以英語語言知識與套用技能、跨文化交際和學習策略為主要內容，並集多種教學模式和教學手段為一體的教學體系’’。大學英語的教學目標是“培養學生的英語綜合套用能力，……同時增強其自主學習能力，提高綜合文化素養，以適應我同社會發展和同際交流的需要”。
