高福[中國科學院院士、中國疾控中心副主任]

高福(George,Fu Gao),男,1961年11月15日出生於山西省應縣。英國牛津大學博士(DPhil-Oxon)。中國科學院微生物研究所所長,中國科學院病原微生物與免疫學重點實驗室主任,研究員,博士生導師,"中國科學院"百人計畫"入選者,國家傑出青年基金"獲得者,"國家973項目"首席科學家。2010年至今任牛津大學客座教授。2011年5月至今任中國疾病預防控制中心副主任。2013年12月當選中國科學院院士。長期從事病原微生物與免疫學領域研究,特別是在病原與宿主的相互識別和相互作用方面進行了系統性和原創性工作。曾獲開發中國家科學院基礎醫學獎等獎項。2016年8月,高福當選亞洲生物技術聯合會主席。2017年2月,高福當選愛丁堡皇家學會外籍院士。2017年12月,高福當選非洲科學院院士。現任國家自然科學基金委員會副主任。

研究領域

病原微生物與免疫學,主要研究病原微生物與宿主互作及宿主免疫識別過程中相關的蛋白質結構與功能。
分子免疫學領域:集中研究T細胞免疫中分子識別的蛋白質與蛋白質的相互作用,尤其是細胞界面的表面蛋白質(受體與配體)之間的相互作用。

分子病毒學領域:囊膜病毒侵入的分子機制,尤其是細胞受體與病毒囊膜蛋白相互作用及融合抑制劑的藥物設計。
分子流行病學與分子進化:近幾年來,聯合國內其他優勢單位,對野生水禽感染禽流感、人感染2型豬鏈球菌、豬的無名高熱等傳染病進行了系統研究。
