個人簡介
陳志奎，男，任大連理工大學軟體學院信息研發中心副主任，下設四個研究所，回國後創建了網路通信與資料庫研究所。該研究所現有2名教授，3名副教授，講師6人，在讀碩士和博士研究生30多名。
2001年7月至2007年10月，德國斯圖加特大學系統通信實驗室高級研究員,從事歐盟的B3G、4G系統通信。
1999年11月至2001年6月，法國IRISA（法國國家信息研究所）從事第二個博士後研究。
1998年10月-1999年，香港浸會大學計算系第一個博士後。
1999年6月在重慶大學獲得工學博士學位。
已完成項目（國外）:（主要從事歐盟IST 第5和6框架項目Daidalos (B3G、4G)）。（2001-2007）
獲獎
2008：大連市優秀IT教師一等獎。
1999:工程信號小波分析儀(博士論文研究項目)獲教育部科技進步一等獎。
1996年重慶大學優秀工作者。
1993年重慶大學優秀畢業研究生。
