【配料】(3人份) 南瓜泥200克、麵粉380克、鹽2克。【製作方法】

2、餳好的麵團取出直接分成三份(因為面板不夠大擀不開),取一份按扁,擀成厚約2mm的麵皮。其餘繼續放袋中保存,避免風乾。
3,摺疊,中間切開,疊放,切成寬窄由己的麵條即可。
4、切好後加麵粉或者細玉米面抖散。其餘兩塊面同樣操作。鍋里燒開水,放入麵條煮兩個開鍋即可,可以加把青菜一起煮。撈出後放上排骨,澆上湯汁即可。
