廖蕾[湖南大學物理學院教授]

男,1981年10月出生,現任湖南大學物理與微電子科學學院副院長,微納光電器件與套用教育部重點實驗室主任,教授,博士生導師。博士期間,從事一維過渡族金屬氧化物納米線和碳納米管等材料物性研究和器件研製方面的研究,研製單根納米線場效應電晶體、鐵電儲存器和氣體感測器。博士後期間主要從事石墨烯高速電晶體的研發。現主要從事高性能電子器件的研究。
