豬小排一根,蓮藕250克,山藥250克,甜玉米一條,姜2片,水八碗
做法

1.將排骨斬件,放水裡煮開,去掉浮沫及血水後用清水沖洗備用
2.山藥刨皮後切滾刀塊備用
3.蓮藕去皮切段並沖洗乾淨藕孔里的泥土
4.甜玉米切件,準備2片生薑

5.將排骨,姜和清水一起倒入湯鍋里,大火煮開

6.將山藥,蓮藕和玉米放入煮開的湯鍋里,燒開後轉小火煲2小時後加鹽調味即可
