Nowadays, more and more people are purchasing the “equality”. But the famous one maybe generate from working.

First [The first] paragraph tells us that every employee want [wants] a good working condition. There are two new words “authoritarian” and “dehumanizing” stop[stopped] me. But it seems that they deprive from other two words which we are familiar with---the “authority” and “human”. And from the content below, I can guess they mean meaningless in work, no balance in employees’ lives, workers don’t have opportunities to contribute and be respected as individuals and so on. We also can find that the author uses the word “want” again and again. I thought the author wants to emphasize that many employees have some same thoughts about the working and why they do that is their working condition is not very well. They can’t do a good performance in that condition. Today, some researches had [have] reported that workers will have high effectiveness when they work in a comfortable workplace. Hence, today’s workers pay more attention to their companies and how their working surrounding is. As the employer of workers, they also don’t want to offense their workers. They want their workers to bring them profits. According to this, the employers balance the responsibilities and the rewarding and punishment.

Furthermore, the author raises a new idea which strikes me. In My View, administer should design the work to satisfying workers and ignore whether it can fit everyone or not. Actually, I didn’t [don't] know in the design process, the designer must consider some Factors and balance them or coordinate them. Mental challenge is one of important factors. The expectations of jobs of everyone are dissimilar. What the designer should do is match different challenge to different workers. So every worker could find his or her balance in work, identifies the responsibilities and goal for him or her. Then the whole performance of the firm will increase. And that is everyone in the firm expects for.
