morbid saint是敲擊/死亡金屬的先驅，也是一支臭名昭著的金屬樂隊。Eric Greif是這支樂隊的第一張專輯spectrum of death的合作成員，也是偉大的死亡金屬定義者--death的成員（1988-1992）
moirbid saint樂隊於1990解散並於2010年重組，經典專輯spectrum of death也得到了再版。（內有兩首新歌）
