Dima Bilan，1981年12月24日生於俄羅斯的卡拉恰伊切爾克斯共和國的烏斯季傑古塔市，是俄羅斯的流行歌手。2006年以一曲《Never Let You Go（決不讓你走）》代表俄羅斯參加了歐洲歌唱大賽（Eurovision Song Contest），獲得第二，2008年再次參加該項比賽並獲得冠軍，獲獎歌曲是《Believe（相信）》，此外，他有多首俄語冠軍單曲。
