專輯III封面在第六張專輯Progress發行後的幾年裡，成員Robbie Williams和Jason Orange相繼離隊，使得Take That樂隊第一次只剩三人在隊，這也是TT三人時代的首張專輯，因而專輯名取為III。
專輯的首支單曲These Days於14年11月14日正式發行，由於英國電台有個不成文的規定：不播放年紀大的歌手\組合的歌曲，因而該歌曲遭到了電台的禁播，但即使如此，These Days還是艱難拿下了英國單曲榜的冠軍，幫助TT收穫了他們的第12首冠軍單曲，也是自2008年單曲Greatest Day以來的又一首冠單。
在拿下冠軍後，Take That也成為目前英國歷史唯一一支成員數量為三人、四人、五人時都有冠單的樂隊 。
