Rachel platten 早期2003年，Rachel Platten整理了她錄製的10首demo 。2011年，發行了第二張專輯 <Be Here >，主打單曲 <1,000 Ships >成功打入美國公告牌成人抒情榜並最高位於第24位 ，不久發行了專輯加曲版，收錄了新單曲 <Don't Wanna Be Here>。隨後，Rachel Platten先後創作了數支單曲 <Work of Art> 作為了未播出的電視劇《設計人生 》 第二季的主題曲。2014年，Rachel Platten在社交網站We Heart It上發布了單曲 <Fight Song> 。
