組合介紹
Nightcore合輯封面Nightcore由兩名挪威Alta市的DJ組成，Thomas S. Nilse (DJ TNT)和Steffen Ojala Søderholm (DJ SOS)。他們是因為一次學校習作而用Dance eJay做了Nightcore第一作。 當他們被告知一首作品分數會是4+，他們就做了就成了第一張唱片 Energized，包含13首歌，而習作就得了6分 。
他們為自己起了Nightcore這組合名，「『Nightcore』代表我們是夜晚的核心，讓你徹夜跳舞。」。 其音樂風格其音樂風格為將歐陸舞曲、Trance和Techno歌曲加速25%至每分鐘160-180拍 ，加速亦令歌聲聲調相應提高。歌曲加速後節拍有如快樂硬核般快 ，令音樂更「快樂」和更有節奏感。
有了組合名字，Nightcore自行發行了首張唱片Energized。之後Nightcore用更先進的音樂製作軟體，在2002年至2003年間先後發行了多四張唱片包括：Summer Edition2002，L’hiver，Sensaciòn和Caliente。他們將唱片賣給了當地的DJ，和任何對他們音樂有興趣的人。
「我們的家鄉有很多唱片騎師都播『Summer Edition』，『L’hiver』是我們第三張唱片，法語意思是『冬天』。雖然做得不錯，但是因為缺乏宣傳而不及Summer Edition出名。『Sensaciòn』是西班牙語的『感覺』。我們的目標是把它做得更好，我們都覺得它是我們目前最滿意的作品。
由於Nightcore前三張唱片的知名度不高，除了封面圖片就找不到其他資料，只有後兩張才較知名，資料保存較好，有完整的曲目。 在 Sensaciòn和 Caliente前的歌曲包括Angie L.C.的 Don’t Let Me Down和East Clubbers的 Walk Alone。

Nightcore是令歐陸舞曲、Trance和Techno歌曲加速25%至每分鐘160-180拍 ，達到快樂硬核的節奏 ，以強而急速的低音鼓和拍子製造出強烈的節奏感。加速的過程中亦令歌聲聲調相應提高。例如Nightcore名作Dam Dadi Doo原由Fantasy Project所作並由N.D.A.以低沈的男聲演唱 ，在Nightcore之手下就成了女孩般的聲線。
