It seems a hard job to experience the real working environment before we touch the society. To be quite blunt, almost everyone who prays to crave out a way will bow the knee to their work environment or necessity soon or later, apart from someone driven by the stress of salary and content him or herself with the living level at present. In my opinion, no one hope to sweat his guts out today.
In paragraph 1, I face two strange and long words---“authoritarian” and “dehumanizing”. Then I scratch my head and look up the dictionary. According with the details in the article, authoritarian means company always establishes lots of provision to confine employee ＇s behavior in order to improve working efficiency. Dehumanizing means company owner treats his or her staff like piece of dirt, pass the complain without remark, never care about if that behavior will rub salt into employee＇s wound or not.
Then another question comes from paragraph 3. If the two words confusion worse confounded in these puzzling sentence. It is hard to image a man who need to “moves paper from in-box to out-box”. Is the box means mailbox or suggestion box? Because both the meaning fit the bill in this situation naturally. For security, I refer to the translation. Despite all that, I cannot lap up the answer. I think we also can view “in-box” and？ “out-box” as suggestion box or message box.
It is my contention that anyone who wants to stay in a comfortable working environment needs to adjust him or herself to communicate with colleague from scratch. To be a employee, we need to learn how to stroke boss down, and never make a remark on boss＇s or colleague＇s personal affairs, or never urge anyone play the wag on the manage. In reality, most part of freshman in a company always fancies themselves, so at that rate, they will mold his or her colleague like wax. By contract, when working environment reacts to them, they may feel company is not do justice to them, or feel high and dry. That leads to rail against the working environment. At last, the vicious cycle puts pressure on them
