【配料】紫薯3個、黃油50克、白糖10克。【製作方法】
1、買回的紫薯把表皮洗乾淨後,放入蒸鍋中蒸熟。黃油室溫軟化。
2、晾涼後,剝去紫薯皮,用刀切成1CM寬的長條,並整齊地擺放在微波的轉盤上。放入微波爐中,低火微波4分鐘。
3、4分鐘後取出,用毛刷將軟化後的黃油均勻地塗在紫薯條的每一面上,均勻地撒上白糖。
4、再次將紫薯條放入微波爐中,換中火微波2分鐘,取出晾涼。
5、再重複刷黃油撒白糖,繼續中火微波2分鐘,直到紫薯條烘乾變脆為止。
