薯泥

薯泥，也叫土豆泥，香港稱為薯蓉，英語mashed potato，美語是眾數的mashed potatoes。

製法是將煮好的馬鈴薯擣爛，再加入牛奶、奶油和牛油或食物油。流行於美國和歐洲。
