肖芬，女，1981年生，湖南桃江人，博士，副教授，碩士生導師。主要研究領域為小波分析、神經網路及圖像處理等。學習工作經歷
學習經歷1998.9-2002.9 湘潭大學，計算機科學與技術，工學學士；
2002.9-2004.6 湘潭大學，計算機軟體與理論，轉碩博連讀；
2004.9-2008.6 湘潭大學，計算數學，理學博士。
工作經歷
2004.8-2008.12 湘潭大學信息工程學院，助教；
2009.1-至今 湘潭大學信息工程學院，副教授（破格晉升）
