王卓[電子科技大學副教授]

王卓:男,電子科技大學副教授。博士。1995年本科畢業於電子科技大學並留校工作至今。現主要研究方向為功率半導體器件及積體電路與系統。從事矽基及SOI基可集成高壓器件研究,並帶領小組從事開關電源、線性電源、高性能運算放大器、LED驅動和馬達驅動等高性能模擬積體電路研究。主講本科生 “軟體技術基礎”、“高級語言程式設計”,專業碩士 “資料庫系統與套用”等課程,2009年獲校青年教師教學優秀獎。曾參與完成“九五”至“十二五”省部級科研項目多項。現作為負責人或主研承擔國家科技重大專項、預研、自然科學基金、國家重點實驗室開放基金、企業橫向合作等項目研究。獲國家科技進步二等獎1項,省部級科技進步一、二等獎各1項;申請專利40餘項,授權20餘項;在微電子學等國內外核心期刊和國際會議上發表學術論文數十篇。

專用積體電路

帶領小組從事開關電源、線性電源、高性能運算放大器、LED驅動和馬達驅動等高性能模擬積體電路研究。研究內容涉及DC/DC變換器、AC/DC變換器、LED驅動、電池電量監測/充電管理、高品質音頻放大器、光電IC等諸多熱門領域。承擔和參與多個國家重大科技專項研究課題,與多家國內外知名公司進行長期橫向合作,產品被廣泛套用於平板電視/電腦、機頂盒、分散式供電系統、大尺寸LED螢幕、LCD背光等諸多領域中。
