江毅[教授]

江毅(1967年9月—),重慶人,光電學專家,北京理工大學教授,博士生導師,主要研究方向為光纖感測器。

江毅,男,1967年9月生。博士,教授,中國光學學會高級會員。

1987年畢業於重慶大學無線電系,分配在四川省地震局從事測震儀器的研究與維修工作。

1990年考入重慶大學光電精密儀器系,精密儀器及機械專業,師從中國工程院院士黃尚廉教授。

1993年畢業獲碩士學位,同年考取該專業博士生,繼續師從黃先生。

1996年博士畢業後到北京理工大學光電工程系431教研室工作。

2001-2002年在香港科技大學做訪問學者,並獲得博士後證書。

2004年5月和2004年7-9月,2次赴香港科技大學進行學術訪問和實驗研究。

成就

最近10年研究重點主要集中在光纖光譜域白光干涉測量技術、光纖雷射干涉測量、光纖法珀干涉儀、光纖高溫感測器領域。
(1)光纖白光干涉測量術的研究。
在光譜域光纖白光干涉測量這一領域做出了傑出的研究工作,最先提出基於相位測量技術的光譜域白光干涉測量技術,研究成果包括:(1)提出了一種適合用於儀器化的等時間間隔、等波長間隔的光譜獲取技術,為形成光譜域白光干涉測量儀打下了技術基礎;(2)提出了傅立葉變換白光干涉術。(3)提出分數階傅立葉變換白光干涉測量術,解決了微距離白光干涉測量技術的問題。(4)提出了一種套用33耦合器的光纖白光干涉高速測量法;(5)套用白光干涉測量術實現了強度/相位/波長三種不同感測器的同時混合測量。
研製出多通道光纖白光干涉測量儀,在測量範圍大於100m的同時,實現測量解析度達到1nm,測量速度30Hz。測量腔長範圍從60m到10000m(解析度在不同範圍內、不同感測器質量不同,最高0.2nm)。
(2)光纖雷射干涉測量技術
雷射干涉測量技術是一種相對測量技術,適合測量振動和聲這一類動態信號。最早在國內提出基於3*3耦合器的雷射干涉測量技術,使這一技術實現了工程化套用。完善和發展了雙波長正交解調技術,形成專利技術並實現轉讓,實現了大動態範圍、高靈敏度、寬頻率範圍、對初始光程差不敏感的技術路徑。
研製出多種雷射干涉測量儀,分別適合用於全光纖M-Z干涉儀,光纖FP干涉儀,光纖Michelson干涉儀的信號解調,形成光纖聲測量儀、振動測量儀、電磁場測量儀等。
(3)光纖法珀干涉儀的研究
光纖可調諧法珀濾波器是光譜域光纖白光干涉測量術中的核心器件,同時也是光纖光柵感測器信號解調儀的核心器件,被譽為光纖感測中的CPU。從2003年開始研究這一器件,技術上解決了光纖端面空心波導的加工問題,使我們可以在光纖端面加工幾個微米尺寸的空心波導,將光纖中出纖光的模場直徑限制在不到10個微米的空間範圍,能夠形成高精細度的F-P干涉儀,並解決了自由空間中光纖端面的精確對準問題。
在套用層面:(1)研製出了可調諧光纖F-P濾波器,目前的精細度超過1000,自由光譜區範圍超過100nm,目前已經量產,得到了廣泛套用;(2)研製出高精細度光纖FP標準具,在波長間隔0.8nm或0.4nm的波長上,透射光譜線寬僅幾個pm,能夠精確的實現波長校正;(3)以之為基礎,開發出了波長掃描範圍超過80nm的可調諧雷射器,以及掃描範圍0.8nm的窄線寬雷射器;(4)首次提出並實現雙腔法珀濾波器;(5)套用這一技術研製出高精細度的光纖溫度、壓力、磁場等感測器。
還先後為美國XX公司研製出多模光纖可調諧法珀濾波器,為XX大學研製出小FSR(長腔長)的可調諧法珀濾波器,為XX大學研製出相移光纖光柵可調諧濾波器。
(4)微納光纖高溫感測器
在光纖端面套用微納加工技術,研製出高溫光纖溫度、壓力、振動、應變感測器,主要實現的技術指標是:光纖高溫溫度感測器的測量溫度達到1200°C。以及研製出高溫光纖壓力、應變、振動感測器,為多個國防項目提供了可靠的技術支持。
(6)工程套用
除了在光纖感測器的原理、技術、工藝等方面開展研究外,還積極推動光纖感測技術的工程套用。
