根據紐西蘭高等教育委員的一份獨立評估報告[1]結果，懷卡託管理學院被再次確認為紐西蘭排名第一的學術研究型的商學院（New Zealand’s No.1 research-based business school）。
學院還是世界上為數不多的同時獲得了3個商學院質量評估權威機構認證的精英型商學院。這3個商學院質量評估權威機構分別是：AACSB美國管理商學院聯合會[1](The United States-based Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business), EQUIS歐洲質量發展認證體系[2] (The European Quality Improvement System) 以及AMBA英國工商管理碩士協會[3](The Association of MBAs)。全世界只有1%的商學院同時具有這3個權威認證資格。
