周明行 1934年生，安徽無為人。中共黨員。1961年畢業於第二軍醫大學醫療系、歷任第二軍醫大學附屬長海醫院、長征醫院傳染科醫師、主治醫師、講師、副主任醫師、副教授、主任醫師、教授、碩士生導師。曾為全軍立克次體組成員，中華醫學會肝炎學組成員，上海醫學會傳染病學會委員兼秘書，《中國內科年鑑》專業編輯、常務編輯。現為中華醫學會傳染病學會委員、寄生蟲病學組副組長，《中華傳染病雜誌》編委，中華醫學會上海分會內科學會委員、傳染病與寄生蟲病學會副主任委員、臨床醫學受體學會副主任委員，《中國內科年鑑》副主編。1989和1991年先後在美國堪薩斯大學醫學中心等4所院校進修傳染病和醫學病毒學。先後發表論文50餘篇，編寫專著20餘本。1973年首次發現海南島抗氯峻惡性瘧；王叨5年首創將秋水仙鹼用於病毒性肝炎，獲顯著療效。先後獲全軍科技進步獎5項。參加抗瘧疾和矽肺新藥“羥基哌喹”的研製，1987年獲國家發明二等獎。1992年獲國務院頒發的政府特殊津貼。傳略輯入《中國當代發明家大辭典》、美國傳記研究所《國際名人錄》和美國國際傳記中心《國際傳記辭典》。

上海市肝病研究中心副主任以及專家組核心成員、中華醫學會傳染病學會上海分會副主任委員、《程思遠（中國-國際）肝炎基金》科學委員會委員、曾參與組建中華醫學會上海分會傳染病學會，並任委員兼秘書。
畢業於上海第二軍醫大學醫療系，原為上海長征醫院主任醫師、教授，現為上海天倫醫院肝病科專家、主任醫師，享受國務院特殊津貼，每周二上午坐診。
發表論文50餘篇，主編《感染病手冊》等專著20餘本。先後獲軍隊科技進步獎五項及國家發明二等獎；先後擔任1至4屆中美傳染病會議共同主席和大會秘書長；曾任中華醫學會感染病學會第7屆和第8屆全國感染病會議組委會主席。其個人傳記先後列入美國傳記研究所的《國際名人錄》和英國劍橋國際傳記中心的《世界名人錄》。

Their personal biographies of American Biographical Institute has included the "International Who's Who" and the International Biographical Center in Cambridge, UK's "Who's Who in the world."
