劉世勇,男,1972年11月生,湖北人。

1989.9-1993.7,武漢大學環境科學系環境化學專業本科;1993.9-1996.7,武漢大學化學系高分子化學與物理專業碩士;1996.9-2000.1,復旦大學高分子科學系攻讀博士學位;1999.1-1999.6,香港科技大學化學工程系助研;2000.5-2002.5,英國Sussex University化學、物理與環境科學學院博士後;2002.5-2003.10,美國University of Delaware化學工程系博士後;2003.11-12,美國UC Berkeley化學工程系訪問學者;2003.12至今,中國科學技術大學高分子科學與工程系教授、博士生導師。2004年10月至今任高分子科學與工程系執行主任,合肥微尺度物質科學國家實驗室(籌)研究員。現擔任第九屆安徽省青年聯合會常委、第四屆中國青年科技工作者協會會員、中國化學會第七屆套用化學學科委員會委員、中國科學院長春套用化學研究所客座研究員、中國材料研究學會青年委員會第六屆理事會理事。迄今已發表SCI收錄論文123篇 (其中第一/通訊作者SCI論文95篇);共在Phys. Rev. Lett., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Ana. Chem., Soft Matter, Macromolecules, J. Phys. Chem. B, Langmuir, Biomacromolecules和Chem. Mater.等影響因子大於3.0的國際期刊上發表論文101篇,其中第一/通訊作者論文84篇;國際和國內學術會議邀請報告近20次;(參與)撰寫中英文專著章節共5篇。研究工作已開始受到國內外同行專家的認可和關注,已發表的SCI論文共被他人引用2100餘次,其中第一/通訊作者論文被他人引用1700餘次。2003年入選中國科學院“引進海外傑出人才”(百人計畫)並於次年獲擇優支持,2004年獲得國家傑出青年科學基金,2005年度教育部“大分子膠體與溶液”創新團隊學術帶頭人,2007年入選新世紀百千萬人才工程國家級人選,2008年獲國務院政府特殊津貼,2009年入選教育部“長江學者獎勵計畫”特聘教授,同年還獲校友基金會青年科學家傑出成就獎、中國科學院優秀導師獎和中國化學會-英國皇家化學會青年化學獎;第十二屆國家自然科學基金委工程與材料科學部有機高分子材料學科評審專家;擔任美國化學會高分子專業雜誌Macromolecules顧問編委(2008-), 《套用化學》雜誌編委(2009-)和Polymers雜誌(MDPI, Open Access)編委(2009-)。

重慶光大產業有限公司董事長劉世勇,男,36歲(2007年),漢族,大學,中共黨員,經濟師。

公司於1997年3月創辦,是一家以汽車零部件為主的集研發、製造、銷售、服務為一體的民營企業。多年來,該同志帶領全體員工不斷開拓進取,從單一的安全帶產品逐步發展到飛輪、零部件、組帶、倒車雷達等9大系列、百餘類產品,從單一的工業製造拓展到房地產和農貿市場,實現了產業結構的多元化;銷售收入從公司成立時的290多萬元,增加到2006年的2.2億元,上繳國家稅金1100多萬元。公司汽車安全帶通過中國汽車認證中心產品強制性認證(3C認證),公司管理體系通過ISO/TS16949:2002和ISO14001:2004認證。產品涵蓋華東、華中、華北、華南、東北、西南等地區,為長安、慶齡、紅岩、天津一汽夏利、浙江吉利、西安比亞迪等30餘家主機廠提供配套服務。飛輪總成已進入福特全球採購體系,出口英國、西班牙、土耳其等國際市場。企業吸納400多名農民工、260名城鎮下崗工和200多名殘疾人就業,先後為希望工程、抗旱救災等捐資50餘萬元。該同志曾榮獲重慶市第一屆鄉鎮企業優秀廠長稱號,現為渝北區人大代表。

“‘做光大人、乾光大事、發揚光大、光大人生’,光大公司每一個員工都這樣來要求自己,”他說道,“光明正大是一個企業生存的必要條件,也是我們企業名稱的由來”。他就是在渝北這塊熱土上成長起來的重慶市優秀青年企業家、渝北區青聯副主席、重慶光大產業有限公司董事長兼總經理劉世勇。

劉世勇18歲高中畢業,那時他最大的願望就是做駕駛員、當兵或者回到父親的煤礦工作。1992年底,劉世勇來到了當時的三峽實業總公司工作,通過自己的努力,他從一名普通的員工成為了分管經營的副總經理。可就在事業一帆風順的時候,劉世勇面臨了人生一次轉折。1996年底,三峽實業總公司因體制改革而解體,這使他想轟轟烈烈乾一番事業的心失去了目標。在經過短短的幾個月思考後,他萌發了自己組建一家公司的念頭。

1996年是重慶長安汽車股份有限公司的創立的第一年,該公司實現了由規模生產向規模經營的轉變,在當年創造了微型汽車產銷之歷史最高水平。良好的銷售業績預示著長安汽車增產的勢頭,各種配件的需求量必將增大。正在這時,劉世勇發現了僑聯安全裝備公司,該公司是一家占地3000多平方米、有27名員工的小廠,主要生產汽車安全帶等汽車配件,由於經營不善?該公司已經負債630多萬元。1997年3月,目光敏銳的劉世勇做了一個大膽的嘗試,他憑藉在三峽實業總公司工作期間積累下來的經驗,通過債權轉移將630多萬元的巨額債務轉入自己名下,一舉收購了當時瀕臨倒閉的僑聯安全裝備公司,成立宏泰實業有限公司(2002年宏泰實業有限公司更名為光大產業有限公司,下簡稱光大公司)。

公司成立後,劉世勇提升產品質量、提高產品品質,在業界樹立起了良好的形象,第一年就實現銷售收入296萬元。1998年開始與長安公司合資,並收購了長安旗下的長安安全裝備公司,擴充了生產能力,當年實現銷售收入612萬元;1999年再接再厲實現銷售收入1200萬元。這時,劉世勇沒有被每年翻一番銷售業績沖昏頭腦,他冷靜的思考著公司的未來。一個產品單一的企業沒有市場競爭力,企業必須有多元化的產品。於是,光大公司從1999年開始研發生產新的產品。1999年研發生產組合開關、2000年研發生產飛輪齒圈總成;2003年研發生產發電機……每年都推出一個新產品,這使公司得到了飛速發展。2005年,光大公司銷售收入突破了2億元大關,利稅近1000萬元。現光大公司已經發展成為占地105畝,擁有1000多名員工的大型汽車零部件生產製造企業。

現光大公司已擁有研發中心、模具中心、安全帶工廠、飛輪工廠、發電機工廠、起動電機工廠、零部件工廠等產品設計、開發和生產製造機構。主要生產包括汽車安全帶總成、安全帶織帶、汽車發動機和飛輪總成、驅動盤總成、齒圈、起動電機、發電機、組合開關等在內的9系列百餘種產品。形成了年產汽車安全帶總成300萬套、汽車發動機100萬台、啟動電機200萬台、各種電器小開關200萬件、飛輪總成100萬套、汽車安全帶零部件100萬套的生產能力,位居全國同行前列。產品高質量一直是光大追求的目標,這也使光大公司的產品在汽車配套行業中具有了較高的聲譽,成為了長安汽車股份有限公司等30多家汽車生產企業的汽車配套廠家,並在上汽通用五菱、石家莊雙環汽車等廠家獲得“優秀供應商”稱號。經過長時間的努力,光大產業有限公司還加入了福特全球採購體系,產品遠銷美國、西班牙等國家。

哈爾濱鐵路裝卸管理所劉世勇:破解汽吊裝卸的難題

滿洲里,全國最大的陸路口岸,寬闊平坦的鐵路換裝現場上,堆積著大量的原木,這都是國家建設和人民生活中必需的木材。換裝現場上的原木,是裝卸工用手指般粗的鋼絲繩一捆捆綁起來,用汽吊吊出俄羅斯寬軌車落到地下,然後再裝入中國的準軌車內。由於滿洲里冬季漫長而寒冷,換裝任務緊張的時候,柴油機械經常是24小時連續作業,其故障率非常高。同時,為了取暖,司機們就在汽吊的起降室里安裝了小柴油爐,油煙經常熏得司機們腦袋疼,眼睛模糊,也給安全造成了隱患。

哈爾濱鐵路裝卸管理所滿洲里裝卸分所第二機械化換裝場劉世勇看在眼裡,急在心裡。如何破解這一讓工人們頭疼的難題,成了他的一塊心病。

一次,劉世勇受到龍門吊(電動)的啟發。他想,能否把汽吊改成電動的,這樣既加快了裝卸的速度,又改善了工作環境。功夫不負有心人,經過將近三年的努力,如今,這個難題被他破解了。

劉世勇時刻不忘他的奮鬥目標。為了實現這個目標,不懂就學。他就是這樣一個人,認準了的事,就要做到底。他孜孜不倦地豐富自己的知識,圖書館、科技情報站都有他的足跡,木材、交通運輸、鐵路等部門和各個相關單位也時常見到他的身影。他的大腦思維儘是“柴改電”。《機械製圖》、《鉗工基礎》等書籍,他下班後拚命地讀。每當夜幕降臨的時候,他埋頭於燈下,每當朝陽東升,人們睡意未盡之時,他早已起來了。為了爭取零星的時間,他把課本掰成一本本小薄本,走到哪裡學到哪裡。“三角函式”、“熱力學基礎”等等知識,以往猶如一本本的天書,他攻克了。那彎彎曲曲的符號,縝密的推理,冗長的演算,他懂了,並能運用了。工人們看到他如痴如呆的樣子,有的稱讚,有的懷疑。由於平時工作忙,他只能利用節假日來搞他的技術革新。

一個新的發明要想得到人們的認可並被推廣,不可能是一帆風順的。他把他的想法跟工人們說,但用慣了老設備的司機們誰也不想冒這個險,工作一時難以開展。正在劉世勇犯愁之際,正好有一台汽吊壞了,他就借了一台龍門吊30千瓦的電機裝到這台8噸汽吊上進行實驗。起先,好多次的試驗都失敗了,但他並不灰心,仍是朝思暮想,不斷琢磨。後來還是不盡人意,司機反映,改成電動的以後,速度總是在一個“檔”上,能不能控制升降速度。

通過不斷地琢磨和查找資料,他知道應該裝一個變頻電機,這樣就能解決速度問題。在所長的支持下,劉世勇買了一台變頻電機,經過實驗效果不錯。但是滑塊不好使。由於種種原因,停了下來,後來又開始上馬。經過多方的努力查找,在南方找到了一個很理想的變頻電機,實驗效果好。

劉世勇搞的這項技術革新是用三年業餘時間來完成的。中間由於工作變動和一些原因,加起來停了有兩年的時間。

採用了劉世勇的“油改電”新技術後,汽吊裝卸木材的每噸原料消耗費用由2.71元降到1.31元,折合每節車節省106.75元.

據統計,每年可為國家節省資金上千萬元。同時,在不破壞原有的機械性能的情況下,工人和司機們的作業環境改善了,大大提高了生產效率,促進了安全生產。
