凡星,博士,副研究員,碩士研究生導師。2002年在廣西大學獲理學學士學位,分別於2005和2009年在四川農業大學獲理學碩士和博士學位,發表論文35篇,SCI收錄期刊論文29篇。主持國家自然科學基金1項,省部級項目2項。主研國家自然科學基金、農業部公益性行業專項、中國科學院、四川省科技廳等項目6項。

主要研究內容

1.植物分子系統發育與適應性進化

利用生物大分子證據和進化生物學方法,結合形態學、細胞學、分子生物學、古氣候學和生物地理學等方面的證據,研究植物分子系統發育與適應性進化的規律,探討進化適應性分化類群的系統發育和進化歷史、適應性分化的速率和式樣。研究重點是以小麥族賴草屬和冰草屬植物為研究對象,利用多基因序列譜系、分子分歧時間分析、生物地理學揭示賴草屬和冰草屬植物類群存在適應分化。目前正在探討賴草屬植物類群在多倍化後發生適應分化的機制和進化意義,冰草屬植物譜系地理及群體在不同地理分布的生態適應性。

2.植物的物種形成和多倍體進化

多倍化是植物進化變異的自然規律,也是促進植物發生進化改變的重要力量。多倍體一直與新的形態和新的適應特徵的產生聯繫在一起,為了解多倍體適應性發展的遺傳基礎、新的重組類型在居群中擴散的途徑,需要從分子、細胞、形態、生物地理等方面對多倍體形成和進化的過程進行更深入地研究。研究重點是以小麥族植物為研究對象,利用多基因進化式樣揭示小麥族植物異緣多倍體的起源和網狀進化式樣。目前正在探討多倍體中重複基因的進化規律和機制。
