個人簡介:
作為科研骨幹連續參加科技部十五、十一五和十二五973項目關於低價、長壽命太陽電池關鍵科學和技術問題的基礎研究。在器件質量級微晶矽材料的結構特徵及光電性能參數、高速沉積高效率微晶矽電池及器件結構設計等方面有深入的研究。單結微晶矽電池效率9.36%,非晶矽/微晶矽疊層電池效率11.3%!
美國Toledo大學做博士後研究主要工作為高速率沉積高效率的不鏽鋼柔性襯底太陽電池。對柔性襯底SiGe電池的光電和結構特性、高效背反射電極的表面形貌和表面處理方法有較深入研究,a-Si/a-SiGe疊層矽基薄膜電池效率達13%。
