It's the first paragraph of attitudes toward work, "an authoritarian and dehumanizing environment" is the first sentence must means "today's worker" is likely to work for a company which will focuses on employee's right and gives them the authority of make decision. Today's employees ask for not only the meaning of their work to lives, but also the respect of individual value. "ethical" is one of the most important part of corporation culture. In the modern world, as the complementation between firms becomes more and more severity, corporation has concentrated more and more attention on high quality employees. paragraph2 is generally talking about what the companies should do for employees and what the effect is.At first, I felt that "can't help make work more..." couldn't be written in that way because I thought such this writing way isn't simple. Maybe I shouldn't always think there must be a "to" between "help" and "make". I should understand it according to the whole sentence not independent phrase.Paragraph 3 mainly talks about the challenge effect employees' performance. I believe that such is human nature that we need challenge in order to get the achievement. That is to say that the appropriate pressure is benefit for oneself.
