In the seventh paragraph, let’s see this sentence that “they want opportunities to expand their knowledge and experience”. What opportunities do they want? Maybe they want the ever-changing workplace of environment. Why do they want to try different kinds of work? Why do want it? We can get an idea from passage that they want to expand their knowledge and experience. Then what they want to do? Their knowledge and experience grew up. They can get more money in other place. They can get more chance to select the job. They can gain the senior post easily. Also they can avoid boredom.
Why DiD employee investors and consumers will to judge? In the point of employees view, they want to know that weather they will be treated by company well, and stay in the company steady. If the company can deal with their problem, employees thought they will be worth working for this company. Investors though they need to invest this company. They can get profit from this company. Consumers get pan idea from that they need to buy product from this company. Because the company can deal with the problem and the worker work for company hardly. The company can produce the high quality of product.
