《Breaking The Habit》出自歐美搖滾樂團Linkin Park2003年發行的第二張錄音室專輯《Meteora》，是此專輯的第九首歌曲。 這首歌是團員Mike經過五年多的思考醞釀，獻給主唱Chester悲慘過往的一首歌，主唱Chester更在MV中自毀地自高樓墜落身亡、靈魂離體遊走象徵自我重生，帶領歌迷一探他心中隱藏多年的種種可怕記憶。 此次MV仍然是由團員中的韓裔DJ喬瑟夫策劃執導，並由《殺死比爾》第一集中的日本動畫小組，以酷似科幻卡通的繪圖方式繪製，經過近三個月的製作而完。
