概述
故事中20歲的丹尼爾（馬克·韋伯）在被判罰進行社區服務的過程中結識了8歲男孩寶尼（安東尼·奧提茲），寶尼的母親生了重病，而他只有一位遠在達拉斯居住的姐姐。丹尼爾不具備領養資格而他也無法說服自己的父母，為了不讓寶尼在孤兒院裡生活，丹尼爾只能選擇將其“綁架”，帶他踏上前去尋找姐姐的漫長旅程，在這過程中丹尼爾和寶尼之間也建立起了不同尋常的深厚感情。基本信息
