男,1980年7月出生,博士,研究員 ,中國氣象科學研究院災害天氣國家重點實驗室/雷電物理和防護工程實驗室。主要從事大氣電學領域研究,研究方向為閃電氣象、閃電探測、閃電物理、人工引雷。
