基本步驟

原料:漢堡胚2個、南美對蝦7個、麵包粉,乳酪1片,生菜,香菜,洋蔥,番茄,黑胡椒醬千島醬美乃滋適量、植物油適量。
做法:
1、漢堡胚加橄欖油和香菜末烤至外皮略酥,蝦仁裹上麵包粉,倒油,入鍋,炸至金黃色,撈起備用;2、先在漢堡胚鋪上生菜,香菜,塗上千島醬,然後像疊羅漢一樣將炸蝦/洋蔥/乳酪/番茄堆上去,擠上少許美乃滋,再撒黑胡椒醬即可。
