胡雨來

士生導師。 1998 年於中科院蘭州化物所獲博士學位。 2000年6月到2001年6月在英國利物浦大學做博士後， 2001年7月到2004年10月在英國南安普敦大學做博士後。主持過國家自然科學基金一項，參與國家自然科學基金數項，主持或參與甘肅省自然科學基金、甘肅省科技攻關項目數項。獲甘肅省科技進步二等及三等獎各1項，甘肅省高校科技進步獎數項。其醫用特戊醯氯的研製轉讓於蘭州助劑廠，菜籽油的綜合利用轉讓於甘肅古浪製藥廠。在國內外雜誌上發表研究論文 60 余篇， SCI 收錄 45 篇。

科研項目

1 ．螺環縮酮的合成及其在抗癌及抗愛滋病天然產物 spongistatin 、選 spirastrellolide 、 Integramycin 全合成中的套用；

2 ．抗癌天然產物 annonaceous acetogenins 及其衍生物的全合成。

研究領域

1）不對稱合成：主要開展新型手性配體的設計與合成，探索新的不對稱反應，並將其用於手性藥物的合成。2）有機氟化學：主要開展有機氟化新方法的研究，不對稱氟化及三氟甲基化反應研究。3）有機合成方法學：探索新型的有機反應，特別是金屬有機試劑參與的新反應，過渡金屬催化劑催化下的反應。4）藥物合成新工藝研究：主要探索手性藥物及氟化藥物合成中的新反應，新工藝。
