本公司創辦於1990年，直屬於中國航空技術珠海有限公司，被廣東省科學技術廳認定為高新技術企業。
自1994年起實行軍轉民，專業開發、研製、生產各種單相、三相電子式（靜止式）、單、三相智能電能表、智慧型費控電能表、預付費（IC卡、CPU卡）、多功能、載波電能表，STS鍵盤式電能表，採集器、中繼器、智慧型集抄器、專變終端等帶各種通訊功能設備和集中抄表系統，是國內最早涉足電子式電能表領域的企業之一。公司產品目前已形成多品種、系列化，能滿足電力計量管理的各種需求。本公司於1999年通過ISO9001質量體系認證，又在複評的基礎上通過ISO9001-2000版的換版、兩次換證。產品已取得《製造計量器具許可證》（CMC證）、《全國工業產品生產許可證》和原國家電力部頒發的《進網許可證》，以及多個省市入網證，也通過了多個國家的入網檢測。並進入《全國城鄉電網建設與改造所需主要設備產品及生產企業推薦目錄》，且各系列均順利通過新產品新技術鑑定，在國家季度監督抽查和省定期監督抽查中均檢測合格。公司的預付費電錶系列也已通過中國強制認證（3C認證）。
公司電能表產品從96年開始銷往全國各地及泰國、孟加拉、印度、埃及、巴基斯坦、印度尼西亞、吉爾吉斯斯坦等國，已多年多次在國內外省級以上投標中中標，用戶包括各電力局、大型廠礦、房地產開發商、電力自動化廠家、開關櫃廠等。

Since 1994, professional development, research, production of single-phase, three phase electronic (static), IC card prepaid, multi-function, carrier meter, collector, repeaters, intelligent meter reading devices, specifically changing terminals with a variety of communications equipment and meter reading system. Calintech is one of enterprises which are first footing in electronic meter field. Products currently has more variety and series. can meet the power management requirements. The company passed ISO9001 quality system certification in 1999.And in strict accordance with the requirements of system Documentation. The certification has also been successfully exchanged to the new version of ISO9001-2000. We have got the “China Metrology Certification”、“Production Certificate”、 “Accessing Power Network License” and “China Compulsory Certificate” from national authorizations. All the necessary legal certificates have been acquired and the company was nominated in the main equipment and manufacturer catalog recommended by State Economic&Committee in the nationally city and town power network.
