集團概況
濟寧摩天建設集團地處濟寧市高新技術產業開發區腹地，是一家以房地產開發為主，集建築施工、建築設計、工程監理、物業管理、物資貿易於一體的現代企業集團。
濟寧摩天集團摩天集團始建於1986年，二十年來，在董事長、黨委書記、總經理晉學慶帶領下，秉承“拼搏、誠信、創新、奉獻”的企業精神，奉行“以質量求生存，以信譽求發展”的經營理念，堅持“不求效益最高，但求企業最好”的科學發展觀，使企業一步一個新台階，年年都有新發展。集團現有職工2506人，其中各類專業技術人員366人；擁有總資產4億元，年產值2億元，完成利稅2500萬元，成為全市民營企業中過千萬元的納稅大戶。
摩天集團在全市同行業中率先通過了ISO9001國際質量管理體系、GB/T24001環境管理體系、GB/T28001職業健康安全管理體系認證，下屬的摩天建安工程有限公司於2002年晉升為二級資質，凌雲房地產開發有限公司於2003年晉升為三級資質,2007年晉升為二級資質。集團開發有多個居民生活區，其中的黃莊小區是全市唯一的高標準別墅區，崇文名都是全市規模最大的居民小區，魏縣紫荊花苑小區的設計標準和配套設施在魏縣均屬一流。
