做法步驟
1. 將一碗紅薯粉倒入盆中;

2. 倒三碗水進去薯粉中;

3. 加適量的生粉;

4. 用手將薯粉和水充分融合,有一些薯粉的小顆粒不能溶化用手捏碎繼續攪拌;

5. 將小蚝仔放入紅薯粉漿中攪拌均勻,小蔥切成圈圈灑進蚝仔薯粉漿中,攪拌均勻;

6. 熱鍋,放入少量油;

7. 倒入一層薄薄的粉漿,小火慢煎;

8. 基本凝固後淋上打好的雞蛋液;

9. 等雞蛋液基本凝固後翻面,煎至兩面金黃;

10. 用鏟子將蚝仔烙切成四份,再慢慢烘一下;
