朱美芳[中國科學院大學教授]

朱美芳，女，中科院研究生院（現中國科學院大學）教授，博士生導師， 中國物理學會理事， 中國物理學會非晶態固體專業委員會委員。

人物經歷

朱美芳，女，1962年畢業於清華大學無線電電子學系半導體物理與器件專業。現任中科院研究生院（現中國科學院大學）教授,博士生導師, 中國物理學會理事, 中國物理學會非晶態固體專業委員會委員。

研究方向

1. 半導體光電子和大面積電子學中薄膜材料與物理；

2. 非晶和納米晶矽中缺陷態分布和電輸運性質；

3. 矽基複合膜的室溫可見光發射材料與物理。

主要貢獻

工作業績

長期從事半導體物理的教學和研究工作。講授高等半導體物理，非晶固體物理，固體物理等研究生課程。承擔及完成國家自然科學基金重大基金課題，國家自然科學面上基金, 中法、中波國際合作項目等諸多項目。目前負責國家重點基礎研究發展規劃項目(973)"多晶薄膜材料和電池的探索研究"課題,國家自然科學面上基金"多晶矽薄膜的低溫技術與沉積機理的研究"，以及中法先進材料合作項目"微晶矽薄膜中電輸運性質"等課題。曾應邀在美、德、法、日、比利時、義大利、荷蘭、瑞士等國講學。在國內外主要期刊發表論文80餘篇。已指導博、碩士生10餘名
