文愛軍,男,教授,博士生導師,IEEE Senior Member。主要研究方向為寬頻無線光載射頻通信系統與網路。《IEEE Journal of Lightwave Technology》、《Optics Express》、《IEEE Photonic Journal》、《IEEE Photonic Technology Letter》、《IEEE Journal of Quantum Electronics》、《Optics Communications》、《Applied Optics》、《Opto-Electronics Review》、《Optics and Laser Technology》、《IET Optoelectronics》、《Optical Engineering》等國際學術刊物審稿人。

個人經歷

1990年畢業於西安電子科技大學計算機通信專業,1998年獲得西安電子科技大學通信與信息系統工學博士學位,1998年至1999年在德國柏林工業大學訪問研究一年,2000年工作訪問日本東京ACCA網路技術公司,2001年受德國國際學術交流基金資助,作為高級訪問學者在德國亞琛理工大學訪問研究一個月。
