人物經歷
張新光2007年6月曲阜師範大學套用數學專業博士研究生畢業，師從劉立山教授，獲博士學位。
2004年獲得山東省優秀碩士畢業生。
2005年山東省優秀碩士論文獎獲得者。
2006年獲山東省研究生優秀科技創新成果獎二等獎，它也是數學類唯一獲獎的科研成果。
現參與國家自然科學基金和教育部博士點專項基金各一項，參與山東省自然科學基金二項，主持曲阜師範大學研究生科研創新基金一項（已結題），指導碩士生1名。
目前是美國數學學會特約評論員，國際期刊《Journal of Applied Experimental Mathematics》,《Cogent Mathematics》的編委，期刊《Mathematical Problems in Engineering》和《Abstract and Applied Analysis》 的客座編委和主編。
研究方向
主要從事非線性泛函分析套用的研究。
主要貢獻
利用非線性泛函分析方法研究Banach空間中奇異（脈衝）微分方程邊值問題解的存在性、唯一性及解的疊代及誤差估計，主要興趣集中在奇異和脈衝現象的研究上,這中間包括一些半正奇異問題、高奇性問題的特徵值、奇異問題解存在的充分必要條件及脈衝初值問題的唯一解等問題的研究上。2005年-2007年期間，在國內外重要的學術期刊上發表學術論文30餘篇，其中被《SCI》收錄或即將收錄有24篇，其餘的如《系統科學與數學》、《數學物理學報》等也都是國核心心期刊。
在國內外核心期刊正式發表論文70餘篇，其中SCI收錄66篇，EI收錄3篇，國核心心期刊3篇。Essential Science Indicators高被引用論文14篇，其中2篇獲中國百篇最具影響的國際學術論文。 主持國家自然科學基金面上項目1項，主持山東省自然科學基金面上項目2項，參入國家自然科學基金3項， 省基金3項,。
