周其忠（又名周小川）博士，籍貫浙江杭州。1997年7月畢業於杭州師範大學化學系，獲學士學位; 2000年7月畢業於浙江大學化學系，獲理學碩士(師從陳振初教授); 2004年3月畢業於中國科學院上海有機化學研究所，獲理學博士學位(師從蔣錫夔院士)，獲第四十批中國博士後科學基金一等資助金資助(2006年12月19日)。
在浙江大學化學系, 新加坡南洋理工大學化學與生物化學系和美國弗羅里達大學化學系從事博士後研究.
2009年6月進入台州學院醫藥化工學院化學系工作。基金: 主持中國博士後科學基金一等5萬元資助,結題.主持台州市211人才工程第二層次基金1萬元資助，主持企業橫向項目一項10萬元。
研究方向: 過渡金屬參與的有機反應方法學，不對稱有機反應方法學，化學分子生物學.（歡迎有志於從事有機化學研究的優秀學生加入本課題組從事研究。）
