呂鐵軍

呂鐵軍,男, 1969年生, 漢族 ,甘肅蘭州人,北京郵電大學信息工程學院、博士生導師。 受邀擔任IEEE ICCS’2008、IEEE ICC’2010分會聯合主席(Co-Chair),IEEE ICCCAS’2007、IEEE ICUWB’2009、IEEE PIMRC’2012、IEEE CSAE’2012和IEEE CIT’2012技術委員會成員(TPC)。受邀擔任“兩岸清華博士生學術論壇” 學術委員會委員和“信號與信息處理重慶市市級重點實驗室”學術委員會委員。國家自然科學基金評審專家;國家留學基金評審專家;IEEE Transaction on Signal Processing、IEEE Transaction on Communications、IEEE Transaction on Wireless Communications、IEEE Signal Processing Letters、IEEE Communication Letters的審稿人。

1987—1991, 西南交通大學,獲工學學士學位;

1994—1997, 電子科技大學,信號與信息處理專業,獲工學碩士學位;

1997—2000, 電子科技大學,通信與電子系統專業,獲工學博士學位;

2001—2002, 清華大學,博士後;

2002以來, 美國布朗大學(Brown University)工程學院(Division of Engineering)生物、信息和納米套用實驗室(BINARY Lab)合作研究員;

2003.10—2005.06,北京郵電大學信息工程學院,副教授;

2005.06.30,北京郵電大學信息工程學院,破格晉升教授;

2005.11,北京郵電大學信息工程學院,獲博士生導師資格。

學術研究

研究領域

無線通信、信號處理。當前主要興趣集中在超寬頻(UWB)無線通信,它包括調製、同步、信道估計、均衡、多址、空時編碼和多載波系統等。

主要成果

長期以來,一直從事無線通信系統的理論研究和系統研製,在IEEE Trans., IEEE Letters, IEICE Trans., EURASIP Journal,中國科學,IEEE會議ICC、GLOBECOM、ICASSP、VTC等國內外頂級通信和信號處理刊物上發表學術論文一百餘篇,其中SCI檢索文章近30篇,EI檢索文章100多篇,先後完成十多個科研項目。主持國家自然科學基金面上項目“超寬頻(UWB)無線通信系統的定時同步研究”(2006—2008)、中國博士後基金項目“OFDM關鍵技術的研究”(評審為“優”)、橫向項目“通信信號的調製識別研究”、橫向項目“互動式高清晰度數位電視系統的總體設計”、橫向項目“高速數字擴頻電台的總體設計”。參與國家自然科學基金面上項目“分散式網路的信源編碼研究”(2006—2008)、橫向項目“後3G-TDD移動通信系統關鍵技術研究”等。
