China Gas Turbine Establishment (GTE) is an aeronautical research organization specializing in the advanced study of aero propulsion technology, product development and engine certification tests. The establishment is subordinated to China Aviation Industry Corporation I (AVIC I).
GTE persists in seeking for an advanced position in aero-engine design, test and instrumentation technologies. The establishment devotes itself to turbine machinery development with full intellectual propriety rights. It aims at becoming a study, innovation and harmony research establishment standing in the first class in China, and famous in the world.
